Our Impact

We do not count attendance. We count futures that changed direction.

Every number on this page began as a young person unsure of what to do next. Here is what happens when guidance, practice and opportunity arrive on time.

Edition 1, December 2025

Seven days that rearranged how a teenager sees their future.

The Anischolar Career Bootcamp brought secondary students and vacists to Makerere UniPod for guided career exploration, expert interaction and hands-on innovation. They left with a personal career roadmap, not a brochure.

Self-awareness unlocked

Learners named their strengths, intelligences and learning styles, and left with a direction instead of a guess.

Confidence built

Mentorship and facilitator support turned quiet learners into young people who speak, pitch and present.

Learning by doing

Simulations, prototypes and straw-tower challenges replaced theory with practice.

Teamwork in diverse rooms

Students from seven schools collaborated across backgrounds and built together.

Career paths explored

Exposure to real professions helped learners match capability to opportunity.

Enterprise thinking

Problem framing, ideation, prototyping and pitching, the full value-creation loop.

Their Journey, Their Words

Impact sounds like this.

It was an eye-opener for me and though it was just a week, I have grown so much and I feel more ready to be the best that I can be.
Bakye Peter
St Joseph's SSS Naggalama
I have improved the way I post on LinkedIn and optimised it to position myself as a community builder and project manager instead of just being a student.
Musana Victor
Work Readiness Cohort 1
The level of concentration by the young people was truly amazing, none was on their phone. They had their minds focused on the nuggets of wisdom being passed on.
Ida Percy Mutesasira
Human Resource Manager, FAWE Uganda
After attending the bootcamp, I noticed a clear shift in how students think and express themselves. They became more confident, more self-aware and more intentional about their futures.
